The Vietnamese Community of Minnesota is collaborating with the Hung Vuong Association of Minnesota and Me Linh Dance Group to launch the Vietnamese Arts and Cultural Project.  The Project provides cultural opportunities for Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese children and youth, to learn more Vietnamese cultures and arts through weekly, ongoing classes. 

This project is funded by the Cultural STAR grant from the City of Saint Paul.
