Requirements

The eligibility of all contestants is as the following:

1. All contestants must have a signed application by a parent or guardian
2. Ages from 5-10
3. All  contestant must have residency within the State of Minnesota and must have Vietnamese heritage
4. All contestants must be available on Saturday, January 23, 2010 to compete in the Vietnamese All Star Kids 2010 contest.
